Pioneer

PX-7

General Information

Pioneers entry and departure from the home computer scene. Regrettable, as this is a really nice offering!

Notes:

Pioneer clearly spent too much time on this machine, as it had what everyone wanted to see from a machine! It can play games, control your laserdisk, or edit your daughter/son's wedding quite simply with its inbuilt genlock.

Maybe it was pricing that killed this machine, or a less than desirable take up by users.

Interestingly enough, if you take one of these babies apart, you would swear you are looking at an early eighties amplifier.
